Description:
The BMV element consists of layers of specially formed material that causes material flowing through the pipe to divide into separte streams and then cross each other to create a sliding action between to two streams. This sliding action caused the fluid at the interface to rotate or tumble. The net effect is that a higher lever of turbulence is achieved with a lower velocity. Lower velocity means less pumping energy.
